SHIPPING

How long will my order take to arrive?

The peninsular delivery time is 48/72 working hours from the time the order is placed.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe from 2 to 5 working days.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.

Please ensure that all details submitted are correct when placing an order; we are not responsible for incorrect/incomplete information such as name, shipping or billing addresses, postcode, telephone number, etc.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will be shown in the summary of your purchase.

The costs will be calculated depending on the destination.

Can I request delivery of an order outside Spain?

Yes, we ship to 31 European countries. You can check them on our website.

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

There are 2 attempts to deliver the package sent, giving the possibility of arranging a new destination or going to one of the carrier’s offices.

After the order has been returned to our company, the customer can request the order again, paying the return costs and the new delivery costs.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, we offer you the possibility of sending gifts through our online shop. To do this, make the purchase as usual, select the delivery address to which you want us to send the gift and in the step “Shipping” check the option “Wrap as a gift”. You can write a personalised message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.

Can I pick up my order at one of your warehouses?

We do not have a physical warehouse.

CUSTOMS AND TARIFFS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will require the provision of a DNI/NIE for customs duties and taxes.

Prices on the site do not include taxes and customs duties (this applies to orders outside Europe, Canary Islands and UK). All applicable duties are to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the amount of taxes you will pay, but your local customs office should be able to estimate the price.

Please note that if you choose not to pay import duties or taxes and choose to refuse the package, you will not be refunded the cost of shipping or the cost of returning the package.

RETURNS

GUARANTEE

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, CRISCANARIA5, S.L. responsible for any lack of conformity that appears within a period of two years from delivery.

In the case of lack of conformity, you will be informed within two months of becoming aware of it by sending an email totienda@bodynutricion5.com indicating your data, the number of your purchase invoice and the anomaly detected.

Failure to comply with this deadline will not result in the loss of the warranty, but you will nevertheless be responsible for any damages caused by the delay in communication.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, CRISCANARIA5, S.L. You will be responsible for return costs, as well as costs related to labor and materials.

The item to be returned must be correctly packaged and retain all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.

The instructions for the correct use and installation of the product, as well as the warranty documentation included by the manufacturers, are mandatory for the buyer to read.

The warranty will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear, installation or misuse of the product, improper handling or use not in accordance with the supplier’s instructions.

Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are also excluded from the warranty.

REFUND POLICY

  • You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the product from the moment you receive it. Exchanges or returns of bikinis are NOT accepted.
  • The product must be labeled, in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, the amount paid will not be returned.
  • The cost of said return will be entirely borne by the customer.
  • The refunded amount will be the amount paid for the returned garments, discounting the cost of return shipping.

What should I do to give the item back?

To return an item with which you are not satisfied. We offer you two options: through our transport companies MRW, GLS or Correos or through any other carrier (e.g. Seur, Nacex, etc.) if it is more convenient for you.

Option 1 → Through our transport companies,

The steps you must follow are the following:

Send an email to Tienda@bodynutricion5.com indicating in the subject “return order No. XX”.

Write us all the information necessary to collect the package.

It is very important that you include your order number in both the subject of the email and in the email details, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Prepare your package for return using the original packaging that we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having been used.

As soon as we receive it, we will request the collection of the package from one of our transport companies (MRW, GLS or Correos).

Later we will confirm the date and place of the collection.

You must facilitate the collection within a maximum period of 3 business days from the date we receive the return email.

Once received in our warehouses, we will verify that the item is in the same conditions in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same how you made the payment.

Option 2 → Through any other carrier.

The steps you must follow are the following:

Send an email to Tienda@bodynutricion5.com indicating in the subject “return order No. XX”.

It is very important that you include your order number in both the subject of the email and in the email details, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Once the return of the order has been confirmed with us, prepare your package for return using the original packaging that we sent you, with the item in the same conditions in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having been used.

Take it to the office of the chosen carrier and send it postage paid, we will not accept postage collect shipments.

Once received in our warehouses, we will verify that the item is in the same conditions in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same how you made the payment.

For hygiene reasons, leggings and other accessories cannot be returned if their original seal has been removed.

In the event that CRISCANARIA5, S.L. is the cause of a return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.), the return must be made through Correos Express and in this case the return costs will be free.

CRISCANARIA5, S.L., reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the requirements described above.

Can I make a return in store?

We do not have a physical warehouse.

What is the deadline to make a return?

The maximum period you have to send us an email to Tienda@bodynutricion5.com is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

You will have to assume the return costs. In this case, returns with postage due will not be accepted.

In the event that the shipment is made by you, it will be under your responsibility until it reaches our warehouses.

How and when will I receive the amount of my refund?

Once the return is approved (when we verify that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same conditions in which they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and complete original packaging) you will receive the amount of the same how you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the credit to your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank.

The amount paid will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.

Transportation costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded when CRISCANARIA5, S.L., is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) and in case of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order. You may exercise your right of withdrawal through any type of unequivocal statement in which you indicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the amount paid will be refunded (including shipping and return costs) and the order collected following the procedure indicated above.
