How long will my order take to arrive?

The peninsular delivery time is 48/72 working hours from the time the order is placed.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Europe from 2 to 5 working days.

Can I request delivery of an order outside Spain?

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

There are 2 attempts to deliver the package sent, giving the possibility of arranging a new destination or going to one of the carrier’s offices.

After the order has been returned to our company, the customer can request the order again, paying the return costs and the new delivery costs.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, we offer you the possibility of sending gifts through our online shop. You can write a personalised message and we will take care of wrapping it in a special way.

Can I pick up my order at one of your warehouses?

We do not have a physical warehouse.

CUSTOMS AND TARIFFS

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Please note that shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will require the provision of a DNI/NIE for customs duties and taxes.

Prices on the site do not include taxes and customs duties (this applies to orders outside Europe, Canary Islands and UK). All applicable duties are to be borne by the customer. RETURNS

GUARANTEE

In accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, CRISCANARIA5, S.L. is responsible for any lack of conformity within two years of delivery.

In the case of non-conformity, you will be informed within two months of becoming aware of the non-conformity by sending an email to tienda@bodynutricion5.com indicating your details, the number of your purchase invoice and the anomaly detected.

Failure to comply with this deadline will not result in the loss of the guarantee, but you will nevertheless be liable for any damage or loss caused by the delay in notification.

The item to be returned must be correctly packaged and keep all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.

The instructions for the correct use and installation of the product, as well as the warranty documentation included by the manufacturers, must be read by the purchaser.

The warranty shall be void in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear and tear, installation or misuse of the product, improper handling or use not in accordance with the supplier’s instructions.

Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorised by the supplier are also excluded from the guarantee.

REFUND POLICY

  • You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange the product from the date you receive it. We do NOT accept returns or exchanges of bikinis.
  • The product must be labelled, in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Otherwise the amount paid will not be refunded.
  • The cost of returning the product will be paid in full by the customer.
  • The amount refunded will be the amount paid for the returned garments, discounting the cost of the return shipment.

How do I return an item?

To return an item that you are not satisfied with, we offer you two options: through our transport companies MRW, GLS or Correos or through any other transport company (e.g. Seur, Nacex, etc.) if it is more convenient for you.

The steps you must follow are as follows:

Send an email to tienda@bodynutricion5.com indicating in the subject “return order No. XX”.

Write all the necessary information for the collection of the package.

It is very important that you include your order number in the subject line of the email as well as in the details of the email, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having been used.

As soon as we receive it, we will request the collection of the package from one of our transport companies (MRW, GLS or Correos).

We will then confirm the date and place of collection.

You must facilitate the collection within a maximum of 3 working days from the date we receive the return email.

Once received in our warehouses, we will check that the item is in the same condition in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same way in which you made the payment.

Option 2 → Via any other carrier.

The steps you must follow are as follows:

It is very important that you include your order number in the subject line of the email as well as in the details of the email, otherwise we will not be able to process your return.

Once you have confirmed the return of your order with us, prepare your package for return using the original packaging we sent you, with the item in the same condition in which it was sent, with its original labels and without having been used.

Take it to the chosen carrier’s office and send it postage paid, we will not accept postage due shipments.

Once received in our warehouse, we will check that the item is in the same condition as it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and complete original packaging, and we will proceed to refund the money in the same way in which you made the payment.

For hygienic reasons, leggings and other accessories cannot be returned if the original seal has been removed.

In the event that CRISCANARIA5, S.L., is the cause of a return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) the return must be made through Correos Express and in this case the return costs will be free of charge.

CRISCANARIA5, S.L., reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements described above.

Can I make a return in shop?

We do not have a physical store.

What is the deadline for a return?

The maximum period you have to send us an email to tienda@bodynutricion5.com is 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

You will have to bear the cost of returning your order. In this case, returns will not be accepted carriage paid.

In the event that the shipment is made by you, it will be your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouses.

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return has been approved (when we check that the returned items are in perfect condition and in the same condition as they were sent, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their complete original packaging) you will receive the amount in the same way you made the payment. We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account in a few days. Remember that the crediting of your credit card or PayPal account always depends on your bank.

The amount credited will correspond to the RRP you paid for the returned items.

The transport costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded when CRISCANARIA5, S.L., is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.) and in case of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Selling Regulations, customers in the European Union have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal from their order. You may exercise your right of withdrawal by means of any type of unequivocal statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.
