In the first contact through a questionnaire, we will collect all the data to know your objectives and we will set a consultation days later.
In that consultation, we will make an assessment of your state and we will explain how to develop the diet or routine with specific advice, examples, etc. We will also answer all your questions.
Revision
From the 2nd month on, the ‘Review’ plan, with which we will monitor your physical condition month by month and we will change what is necessary to be able to get the most out of your plan.
